IRIS Book Tour & Workshops
The IRIS Initiative was launched 16 years ago with a Seven-Day Prayer Journal and interactive workshops aimed at raising awareness and preventing intimate partner violence. Since then, two books have been published by Dr. Ivey, and both are in their second editions - IRIS Devotional and IRIS Diary.
IRIS is an acronym for Incredible Resilience and Inner Strength, which is how Dr. Ivey empowers teen girls and women (although many times, boys and men join us!)
Today, the IRIS Book Tour is heading to a community near you from September through early October! The IRIS Mentoring Program
Designed for high school and first-year college students, the IRIS Mentoring Program combines the IRIS Diary with the IRIS Identity Workbook for an empowering time of self-reflection and discovery.
Interactive sessions include personal branding, identifying values, goal-setting, teen dating violence awareness, safety tips, and more!
